“There was a lot of self-doubt, a lot of wondering if I should mix it or not, that type of thing. “This one tried to kill me a couple of times,” Bass acknowledges.
Getting to that point was not easy, however - especially for Bass, who Smith says “did not sleep for a year” during the process.
